Application

Spray CELLULAR WATER Mist onto face and body and gently massage until absorbed. It can be used before a cream, after make-up to set it, or at any time of day. Soothing, it has been tested on skin weakened by non-invasive medical procedures. Close eyes when spraying. Do not inhale.
